Oval Village

Client – Vital Energi
Pipe Services' contract undertook distribution of LTHW, CHW and Gas systems, as well as the development of the Energy Centre that supports this residential area located in central London overlooking the famous Oval Cricket Ground.
Nine Elms Parkside, Wandsworth

Client - Vital Energi
Pipe Services were contracted to develop the two Energy centres, two Tank Rooms and Two Gas-meter rooms to accommodate the two residential buildings of the Parkside Project. As well as this, our role consisted of the distribution for CHW, LTHW, Gas and BCW systems.
Poole Road Energy Centre, Woking

Our role comprised of the office Fit Out and development of the Energy Centre, this project was to assist the advancements in necessary infrastructure required to implement and maintain sustainable development in Woking.
Lots Road Power Station, Chelsea

Client – ARK
Distribution of LTHW, CHW and gas pipework for the Energy centre and dry air cooler. As well as distribution of Boosted Cold Water Systems & Tank Rm & Tank Room.
This helped progress the development of the 8-acre site comprising of two residential towers and 3 riverside buildings located around the landscaped gardens and the refurbished power station.
Hilton Victoria Square, Woking

Pipe Services was contracted to undergo the steel-work module distribution of LTHW and CHW Systems. This assisted the construction of two residential buildings comprising of more than 400 apartments, as well as a hotel; both surrounding Hilton Victoria Square shopping centre.
Battersea Power Station Phase 1, 2, 3A.

Client – Vital Energy
Our role consisted of undertaking all mechanical distribution of gas and drainage pipework centrally in the Energy Centre as well as the Dry Air coolers. This has assisted the completion of the Energy centre which is core to the overall running of Residential, Commercial, and Retail areas of the riverside Landmark.
This job will extend to Phase 3B, which will assist in the redevelopment of a 16-level residential building as well as a 13-level commercial building.

Client – MJL / Multiplex
Delivery and installation of LTHW, and CHW condenser pipework in the Plant-room. Additionally, our role involved the fabrication and installation of 600mm condenser risers, as well as CHW and LTHW primary risers as well as CHW and LTHW primary risers that operated up through 57 floors.
London Wall Place Office Buildings

Client - Schroders / MJL, Brookfield
Pipe Services was contracted to undertake the Shell and Core of both buildings, which consisted of: Boiler rooms, Chiller Plant rooms, Dry air coolers, and riser modules (including heating, chilled and condenser risers). As well as this, the Fit Out of 16 floors of both buildings.
Bloomberg Offices, 50 Canon Street

Pipe Services Ltd. fulfilled the delivery and installation of Chilled Water Systems, Fit Out on all floors in the new Headquarters of Bloomberg L.P.
